OUR HISTORY

 

Word of Faith Ministries’ first service was held on the 30th of October 1999 in a school hall. The consecration of Word of Faith Ministries took place  on the 30th of April 2005 in their Church building. The church started off with 30 members and grew to a proud number of over 400.  Dr. Joseph and Pastor Poppie Van den Heever are ordained Pastors of the PPK and are both Rhema Bible School graduates.

In 2013 Ps. Joseph obtained his Doctorate’s and Ps. Poppie her Masters degree.    

WHAT WE BELIEVE

 

  • We believe in the Holy Bible (Old and New Testament)

  • We believe in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

  •  Jesus Christ was begotten of the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.

  • That Jesus shed His blood on the cross of Calvary to redeem mankind of their sin and rose again on the third day and is sitting at the right hand of God as our Intercessor.

  • We believe in the personal return of Jesus Christ.

  • We believe that divine healing is provided for in the Old and New Testament and is an integral part of the Gospel.

To reach out to the broken, the hurt and the outcast of the city.

We believe that RESTORATION & DELIVERANCE is the bread of God's children.

We believe evangelism is the

"Great Commission" of Jesus Christ.

through the ministry of signs, wonders and divine healing, we create a way to reach the lost.

To teach the people God's Word and how to be strong in their faith and live a life of victory in all areas.

To teach people to have a no-quit attitude on God's favor and their finances.
